Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at UsedTruckCaps.com. Because we specialize in used truck caps and accessories, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products (used, pre-owned, and often custom-fit), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item meets the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item received is significantly different from the description, or

  • The item arrives damaged beyond what was disclosed, or

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and description of the issue

  • The item must remain in the same condition as received

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased in-person or inspected before purchase

  • Items with minor cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, fading) consistent with used condition

  • Incorrect fit due to customer providing wrong truck details

  • Custom or special-order items

4. Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the truck cap fits their vehicle.

We strongly recommend confirming:

  • Make, model, and year

  • Bed size

  • Compatibility

We are not responsible for fitment issues due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our side

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled:

  • Within 12 hours of purchase, and

  • Before the item has been shipped or picked up

After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
